Leadin was founded in May 2009 as an expert in User Experience and Nordic Design practice. Currently, Leadin’s team consists of more than 50 service & business design, user experience and software professionals. We have offices both in Finland and the UK, enabling us to execute projects on a global scale. We exist in order to help our clients deliver products and services with outstanding User Experience. Our inherent passion, premium talent and smooth cooperation between user experience and software development teams guarantee this. Users as the focus - We call it ‘Casting’ : a service production method that brings users into the focal point of development. Our production crew develop a deep understanding of users and, working with businesses, they cast personas that represent each of the user groups. We use these personas throughout the service development process – we innovate, design and build services that add value to our clients business and customers.
