This would benefit women and people with color as a result. We provide the personalized news, mentorship network and social features to driven individuals and company employees. Our AI is able to provide a good mentor and mentee fit, match people with mentors who share the same sense of value and experience in the same industry or job function. Anybody can find suitable mentors on the platform. Our diversity and unconscious bias data insights allow any organization to build an unbiased promotion pipeline by making data-driven decisions.
