Lar21 is a domestic management system that automates the management of employees. It does calculations for overtime, INSS, FGTS, vouchers, and holidays in an automated fashion. The system sends a weekly mail with the details of the points recorded in the previous week and generates a consolidated report that includes the wages, hours, and extra taxes payable. Employers can print out two copies and sign them, one for their files and the other to be delivered to the relevant employee. Lar21 also has the technology to help employers on vacation management through noting periods by calculating the number of remaining vacation based on absences and the total to be paid. It also sends reminders of vacation dates and additional holidays if requested. Lar21 is operated from São Paulo, Brazil.
