Kinfolk Capital is an independent private-equity group created by a team of business owners.

Kinfolk works as an essential connection between New Zealand firms and investors who have the capital, capability and desire to help them grow. Kinfolk is not a 'Fund'. They are a group of business owners who are working together to find great investment opportunities in privately-owned New Zealand companies. When they find these opportunities, they like to co-invest with people who share their values and their vision for the business, and are able to contribute directly to its success. In some cases, these contributions will be through a board or management role.
