KG Investments is a privately held venture capital fund providing seed stage funding to technology companies. We also acquire direct secondary investments in emerging growth companies across the world. Our investments focus on seed capital for startups and secondary investments in burgeoning technology companies. This approach is guided by our extensive background in business development, institutional funding and M&A activity. KG Investments typically invests between $200,000 and $2,000,000 per transaction. Our private venture fund will also lead syndicated transactions of up to $20M.
