The Company provides a mix of manufacturing services for outsourced Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) products. The Company provides the EMS services, which include product design, surface mount technologies (SMT) and pin through hole capability for printed circuit board assembly, tool making, precision plastic molding, liquid injection molding, assembly, automated tape winding, prototype design and product assembly. The Company is an independent manufacturer of keyboards for computers in the United States. Effective August 19, 2013, Key Tronic Corp acquired Sabre Manufacturing Inc, a manufacturer of sheet metals.
