Junkbot

Junkbot is a Do It Yourself Robotic kit which help children make real life working robots from unwanted junk.

Junkbot develops tutorials and tool kits that enable children to learn, build, and program robots and other devices from waste. Children are able to create robots from water bottles, coffee cups, CDs, cardboard, and more. The company also facilitates a cloud platform and community that enable schools and educators to obtain support and insights to develop children’s skills in analytical thinking, problem solving, prototyping, lateral thinking, and building. Junkbot develops projects according to varying levels of difficulty. It offers its tutorials in two packages for a payment: Junkbot Edu and Junkbot-X. Junkbot was founded in September 2014 and is based in Dubai.
