As of April 2008, the company delivered over 13 billion mobile page impressions a year. Jumbuck operated out of offices in San Francisco, London, Cologne, Rio de Janeiro, Perth, with Headquarters based in Melbourne, Australia. Adrian Risch founded the company in 2000 in Melbourne Australia. Initial investment of 500k was from ASX listed company Q Multimedium Ltd (ASX: QMM). Later investors included Paul Choiselat of Beconwood Securities and other small cap funds in Australia. Jumbuck benefited from the fast uptake of WAP phones, selling services to carriers including Sprint PCS, Cingular and Verizon. Revenue quickly rose to $15m per annum and the company acquired similar businesses Wap3 in Cologne, Germany and Plutolife in Norway. The founder departed Jumbuck in December 2009. Due to the success of the iPhone & reduced WAP carrier revenues. The board decided to pivot to Primary Opinion in October 2013, focusing on an online community the legal sector.
