Italmobiliare is a financial holding company with investments in companies operating in a different sectors, mainly industrial but also in financials and banks. The company was established in 1946, focusing on all the activities excepting the construction material sector directly managed since 1864 by Italcementi, becoming in 1979 the holding of one of the major Italian industrial group. The shares constituting the share capital of Italmobiliare are quoted on the Milan Stock Exchange.
