SourceIQ is a free and open application that leverages data analytics to change the way employers and job seekers connect with each other. Our target customers are veterans, whose unique experiences and refined skillsets make them an asset to any organization. SourceIQ is the manifestation of two core beliefs: 1. A resume is not a good way to evaluate a potential employee; nor is it a good way for job seekers to fully articulate their value to potential employers. 2. Military veterans and employers speak different languages. SourceIQ forms baseline hypothesis about each veteran based on their military experiences and service record. That hypothesis is then tested against real world data, forming inferences about the potential of each veteran to excel in a given position or career field. The end result is a prioritized list of open positions that represent the 'best fit' for each veteran.
