Ionplus offers fully automated graphitization systems, gas interface systems and automated carbonate handling systems.

Ionplus was incorporated as a spin-off company by the Laboratory of Ion Beam Physics at ETH Zurich. Based on years of research and experience in radiocarbon dating, they develop, build and distribute innovative instruments for radiocarbon sample preparation and measurements. Their products are designed for fast and efficient processing of samples and cover virtually the entire range of dedicated radiocarbon laboratory equipment. Ionplus offers fully automated graphitization systems, gas interface systems, automated carbonate handling systems, pneumatic sample presses and vacuum lines for sealing tubes and a range of accessories for all products. Their goal for these products is a high degree of automation and versatility, as well as a compact and user-friendly design achieved through excellent engineering. The new flagship product of Ionplus is the MICADAS, a 200 kV AMS system developed at the Laboratory of Ion Beam Physics (LIP) at ETH Zurich.
