Invest Africa is an online platform that offers investment advisory services to its users. The company’s range of services include deal origination, corporate advisory, and deal placement. Deal origination consists of deal sourcing, deal facilitation, and personalized business development. Corporate advisory consists of investment structuring, due diligence, investment appraisal, valuations, and buy/sell side advice. Deal placement consists of investment promotion, fundraising road shows, and fundraising events. Invest Africa was launched in 2013 by Rob and Robert Hersov.
