How we make great coffee - Our patented Motion Brew technology mimics the craft of pour over coffee, it uses a single steam over water that moves over bed of coffee in a spirograph pattern to ensure even saturation. It also gives the user complete control over all the brewing parameters, water temperature, brew volume, steeping time and choosing their favorite brewing vessel. It offers the user the ability to brew a cup of coffee or an entire carafe. You can also use it to make cold brew coffee and hot water.
