We knew that mobile publishers needed an intuitive solution, one capable of outperforming the standard mobile MPU ad format, delivering 100% fill and improving eCPM’s. Our dream We dreamt of an outstream performance ad-network designed specifically for the mobile, utilising non-intrusive formats to create placements users actively engaged with.
