Giftbit, an online B2B marketplace for selling, sending, and purchasing digital gift cards, delivers traceable digital gift cards that allow its users to send incentives and rewards by email or by a unique link to a recipient. It works with Qualtrics Target Audience and Research Suite to make sending gift cards simple and accountable for its client’s organization. Giftbit reimages digital gift cards and collects details such as email delivery, open rates, and whether or not a gift card has been claimed. Its recipient experience is lightweight with no account to create or app to download. Founded by Peter Locke and Leif Baradoy in 2011, Giftbit is based in Washington, District of Columbia.
