The mission of Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc. is to become a comprehensive 21st Century multichannel Contact Center which will place emphasis on Customer Relationship Management. Expivia will enable customers of our clients to utilize a variety of options in communicating with them. These include voice, chat, social network channels, text/apps messaging, video calls, web portals, web RTC and even a natural speech IVR. While certain communication techniques have been enabled in the past, we will now provide callers with the ability to automatically choose their form of communication on any and all calls. But most importantly, by providing customers the ability to communicate interactively, comfortably and effectively, we can convert the customer’s experience into a profit center opportunity for our client. Our long term goal is to become a preferred contact center outsourcing business using our 30 year DNA Experience, State of the Art Technologies and our Knowledge Management System. We will use our ability to select, train and utilize the human capital available locally and to develop an organizational structure that is driven by opportunities, the business environment and our strong desire to become viable. We feel that we have historical business strengths that will assure our profitability and enable us to accelerate into a world class organization.
