EquityLancer is a network of people and businesses that use equity as a currency, helping people find and acquire critical resources.

EquityLancer, Inc. (“EL”) is building a global entrepreneurial community and marketplace focused on the use of equity as a currency. Initially, EL facilitates employment by startups offering an equity component in their compensation packages to employees, founders, consultants, advisors and Board members ('equitylancers'), but soon will expand its mission to create the world’s first equity marketplace and exchange. The site will cater to those willing to trade in equity to grow a business or career, including investors, innovators and companies willing to exchange products and services for equity.
