They anchor these rounds their selves and invite others to participate alongside us. Venture Capital The Microequities Venture Capital Fund is a joint venture between Equity Venture Partners and Microequities. Launched in July 2016, the Fund is registered as an Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership that targets late-Seed and Series-A investments in the range $0.5 – $5.0 million per investment. The Fund's investment philosophy follows a core investment criteria: strong market validation, exceptional founding team, attractive business model, ell defined and sizeable target market, potential for revenue growth in excess of 25% per annum and clearly defined exit path. The Fund is sector agnostic but has a strong preference for Australian based companies as well as B2B SaaS platforms demonstrating early traction.
