Ekey is a URL shortening service that was recently launched in May of 2009. Ekey shrinks long URLs into short ones. Ekey plans to remain simple and will not add any complicated features such as required user registration. Ekey allows users to decompress the shortened URLs to see what they point to before visiting. A simple tracking feature also shows the amount of hits received on each URL when it is decompressed.
