Closeup.fm is like Airbnb for one-of-a-kind experiences. Closeup enable bands and singer-songwriters to work directly with their fans to find free places to place, gain more super fans, and make more 200-300% more per concert. We give artists a direct path to cashflow. Closeup is the easiest way for musicians to do 'unconventional' tours. If they’ve already got anchor dates in larger markets, they can use Closeup's online tools, ticketing, and venue network to fill in their empty nights with 'secret shows.' Or they can get more ambitious and launch an entire living room tour. Most musicians enjoy creating these special evenings of music in living rooms and art galleries more than playing shows in noisy bars and clubs. Closeup.fm gives fans a way to bring their favorite artists home for exclusive, up-close-and-personal encounters. We chose live music for this first phase, but we will reskin our technology to accommodate food, film, speaking, and other verticals.
