The customer can see who has accepted their clean request; review their profile picture, A Nice to Meet You introduction video, their ratings and reviews, contact information. The customer can use the app the chat about the clean, or call the cleaner to finalize job details. 4. The cleaner comes to the customer’s home, with location tracking and estimated time of arrival per the set date and time. The cleaners perform all the cleaning request details, and confirms complete in the app. 5. The customer payment is released to the cleaning professional. The customer can also provide a rating, review of all cleaning jobs completed. They can view the work order history of the cleaner, and their own work order history.
