Augmentastic is a mobile advertising e-commerce company that features the Piggybank app. The Piggybank app works by advertising on the users’ mobile phone when it is locked. Video adverts are played on the lock screen and for each advert that viewed the user receives virtual coins that can be redeemed for vouchers, coupons of well-known outlets, and could be used for shopping, entertainment, dining, leisure, and mobile reloads. Users can also trade the coupons for cashback from the respective vendors. Augmentastic was founded by Ranjit Singh Chadha and Arun Vaswani in April, 2015. The company is based in Pune, Maharashtra.
