allyDVM provides software and advisory services to veterinary care providers. The software services have a demonstrated ability to facilitate improved client retention and revenue growth in veterinary practices across the country. The company’s AllyConnect suite of client communication services reduces the administrative burden on veterinary care providers and improves client retention and activity. The services are provided through two web-based portals: The Provider Portal and the Patient Portal. The Provider Portal allows veterinary care providers to manage communications such as automated appointment reminders, which can be delivered via email, text message, and physical postcard according to the veterinary hospital’s preferences. The Patient Portal allows pet owners to access their pets’ electronic medical records, request appointments and medication refills, and more. A winner of the Harvard Business School MVP Competition in 2011, allyDVM's achievements have been recognized by other veterinary industry participants. allyDVM has also been designated as a preferred provider of client communication services for an exclusive, invitation-only group of over 600 hospitals, including some of the most sophisticated and successful animal hospitals in North America. allyDVM's serves prominent veterinarians and industry leaders including multiple past presidents of both the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
