We are building a Peer to Peer property platform built on the blockchain called 'Agent Not Needed' where individuals can buy, sell and rent property without the need for an agent. We are a UK based company made up of a team of individuals who have worked with big brand name companies such as; Co-Op Bank, Active Mortgage Services, Zoopla, MET Police (new Scotland Yard), Orange, IBM, Telstra, Vodafone, Nestle, British Airways, Barclays Bank, BBC, American Express, John Lewis, Unilever, Oculus, Jet2 and EE. Our platform is being designed to give control back to the individual in the property industry and we are planning to use block chain technology and smart contracts in the near future to tackle major issues the property industry currently faces such as; Land registry errors, mortgage and property fraud, high solicitation and conveyancy fees and a slow and grinding process to transact property. The UK government is currently in talks to find a solution using private sector companies to utilize the blockchain and change legislation to allow property transactions to be completed on the blockchain which means once this legislation is in place, we will be the first property portal to utilize the blockchain and enable the whole process of property transactions and rentals to be completed in house which will also save individuals money and streamline the whole process.
