Aficionado is a boutique software development company from Ireland. We are a spin-out from the Insight center for data analytics, based in University College Dublin. The founders of Aficionado have their roots in research but they now bring their research know-how and experience to bear on real world issues. Lately, there has been a lot of noise about big data, but most of the conversations are about how to store and manage it. At Aficionado, we want to take a deeper look.
