AdWorks is a one stop shop platform that manages all social recruitment efforts. We enable recruiters to do everything from posting a job, advertising it on social networks, automatically managing and optimizing the campaign and then filter the incoming candidates. The recruiter simply uploads a new job and sets a budget, the system take care of everything automatically. Our unique algorithms use NLP as well as data mining, to create a tailor made set of potential candidates for each specific job. After which we use the new targeted facebook advertising capability, allowing us to engage only the potential candidates based on ID/email/phone. Twitter support will be available in the coming month (Twitter has finished testing and will soon launch these features as well). Using the aggregated usage data we were able to improved CTR of our campaigns by more then 70 times over the average of facebook, and also reach a 14% conversion rate between viewing the job and applying. Further more we have streamlined the entire submission process, from the old 20 field complicated forms, into a one click approach, by simply scrapping all the need data from the CV itself. Our solution is fully mobile/tablet/PC friendly allowing candidates to apply from any device. With more then 260 recruiters using our platform within just 3, our numbers are starting to ramp up. The feed back has been exceptional - leading to a very strong word of mouth and viral affect.
