The Company is a holding company for Admiralty Bank, a Florida state chartered commercial bank and member of the Federal Reserve System (the 'Bank'). The Bank operates through its main office located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and four branch offices located in Boca Raton, Juno Beach, Jupiter, and it's recently opened office in Melbourne, Florida.
