The adinotec AG with registered office in Griesheim (Germany) is active in the development, production, and marketing of innovative technology products as well as in the patent and license business. The Company carries out research and development for the practical application of various products in the area of nanotechnology. The potentials of possible applications comprise the pharmaceutical industry, medical products and dietary foodstuffs as well as various industrial applications, road construction and the road redevelopment. The Company was established in December 2004 and has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Entry Standard segment since January 2006. The enterprise can basically be subdivided into two divisions; on the one hand the division for dietary foodstuffs for special medical purposes (balanced diets) as well as medical devices and medicines and on the other hand the division for industrial applications.
