Aaron Sylvan helps small-cap tech companies to overcome technical challenges. Specialty in Enterprise SaaS and migration to/from Cloud. He also performs Technical Due Diligence for Angels, VCs, PE, and M&A.

For 8 years he served as CEO/CTO of One Technology, an Operations Research company that utilized Artificial Life to solve complex business problems, based on algorithms of his own creation. Then for another 8 years he served as CTO for the Family Office of the founder of the world's largest IT Advisory firm (Gartner).

Built dozens of native, web, and multi-tenant SaaS/Cloud applications over 20+ years. Founded two software companies that raised 7 rounds of investment capital. Hired >100 engineers. Deployed sales strategies, teams, and Salesforce CRMs. Authored business literature including value propositions, employee benefits, investor/partner agreements, and stock option plans. Managed fully remote international teams on projects ranging from $10k to $2M.
